Philadelphia’s home-price drop less than elsewhere

The Inquirer reports, “The Philadelphia region’s home prices continue to decline at a slower rate than the 20 metropolitan areas tracked by the Standard & Poor’s Case-Shiller Index, economists said yesterday.”
