The Inquirer reports, “After going to unusual lengths to make sure an investigation into allegations of financial mismanagement and nepotism at Philadelphia Academy Charter School is thorough and unbiased, the Philadelphia School Reform Commission has concluded its investigators have no conflicts of interest.”
