Philadelphia’s Juvenile Resource Center wins MacArthur grant

The Inquirer reports, “The Juvenile Resource Center, the public-interest law firm founded in Philadelphia in 1975 to advocate for children in custody or the child-welfare system, has been awarded $500,000 by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Award for Creative and Effective Institutions.”
