Volunteers take on the trash citywide

The Daily Pennsylvanian reports, “Local groups throughout Philadelphia have been organizing cleanup efforts in the city for years, but this Saturday they received a big boost from Mayor Nutter’s new initiative to clean up Philadelphia.”
